In Our Profession
Annabelle, a touring actress, declares that life in her profession is "loud, crazy, glaring, senseless and stupid" and looks for a man to save her. Tonight in St. Louis, she meets some candidates. With Della Brett, John Ferguson and Adam Chalk.
The Pink Bedroom takes place in a pink love nest and captures the bittersweet relationship between a businessman and his lady friend. With Tara Lidgard, Kieron James and Sam Brierley.
This Property Is Condemned
Teenage Willie steps into the shoes of her deceased sister Alva, trying to recreate her less-than-savoury life. All alone in the world, Willie talks things over with schoolboy Tom who happens to be playing truant from school so he can fly his kite.

27 Wagons Full of Cotton
In "27 Wagons", which later became the movie "Baby Doll", Flora is married to older Jake who owns a cotton gin in Blue Mountain, Mississippi. When a neighbour's competing gin is burned down, Jake warns Flora to say he never left the house that night. The neighbour, an outsider named Silva Vaccaro, then shows up with 27 wagons full of cotton for ginning. Jake is delighted to have the business but Silva has his suspicions as well as his retribution. With George Mansfield, Barbara Lidgard and John Ferguson.
