Roger, who has a luxury yacht, invites his old friend Philip and his wife "Old Mo" together with Denys and his wife Valerie for a cruising holiday and also to see if Denys, who is an employee of his, is capable of holding down an important job abroad.
Now what could go wrong with a restful holiday?
Well, how about Roger's estranged wife turning up and instead of Philip’s wife, a very sexy Mercy arrives, philandering Philip’s latest acquisition. Complications now appear, added to which Denys loses his contact lenses resulting in his stumbling around and doing damage everywhere. Oh yes, there’s also Roger’s secretary, Betty Samuelson, who is drawn into the plot and the outcome is a hilarious finale.
