This classic thriller is not so much a murder mystery as an engrossing story that will enthrall audiences. The death of a young girl gives rise to a police inspector visiting the wealthy Birling family at their home. It soon becomes apparent that they each have played a part in the demise of the young girl – or have they? This is a superb study of 1920 attitudes and life, and is a must see for lovers of theatre drama and literature students.
